What the Fukushima? The Ongoing Crisis of Nuclear Power




More than two years after the disaster at Japan's Fukushima nuclear power plant, radioactive waste continues to leak into the Pacific Ocean. But what are the long-term environmental impacts of this disaster? Are we all doomed? Or is the "crisis" overblown? What is the future of nuclear power in Japan, in the US and around the globe? Can we ever eliminate nuclear power, or is the nuclear industry simply "too big to fail?"
