US strike against Syria war crime under UN Charter Legal expert

Any US strike against Syria is considered a war crime under the UN Charter against aggressive war, an international lawyer tells Press TV. "Any attack by the United States upon Syria would be a violation of the UN Charter prohibition against aggressive war, which is the more serious [form] of war crimes," said Alfred Lambremont Webre in a Tuesday interview. He argued that according to the Nuremberg principles, which set the guideline for the definition of war crimes, the US "is starting an aggressive war against another nation." Webre described US President Barack Obama's decision to seek a congressional authorization for an attack against Syria as an attempt to "get some political cover and some legal cover behind him." "Under international law, the US Congress cannot sanction or provide legal cover to any attack by the US," the legal expert noted. The call for military action against Syria intensified after foreign-backed opposition forces accused the government of President Bashar al-Assad of launching a chemical attack on militant strongholds in the suburbs of Damascus on August 21. On Saturday, Obama said he would seek a congressional authorization for an attack against Syria as Washington "cannot and will not turn a blind eye" to an alleged chemical attack in the Arab state. The Obama administration has, however, said it "has the right" to attack Syria even if the Congress does not approve the measure. Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since 2011. According to reports, the Western powers and their regional allies -- especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey -- are supporting the militants operating inside Syria.

Red Ice Radio - Frater X - The Secret War Inside Freemasonry

Frater X is an author of both speculative fiction and critical research. He is a lecturer of esoteric philosophies, occult sciences and Mystery Traditions and a member of 9 different esoteric orders including the Knights Templar, Knight Masons, Order of the Sword of Bunker Hill, Masonic Rosicrucians and the Ancient Order of Druids. Frater X is considered a prolific analyst and commentator among his Masonic peers. In the first hour, we discuss conflicting ideas within Freemasonry. He'll talk about how sub-orders in Freemasonry are trying to change policies within the order and how it taps into a larger secret war on humanity. We'll get into what Freemasonry is and discuss how it rose in the wake of the crusades. Frater X also explains the conflict between the Scottish Rite vs. the York Rite. He clarifies what the Scottish Rite is and explains how it is not Freemasonry, nor is it Scottish. Later, we'll discuss the American craft of Freemasonry and the ancient craft of Freemasonry as a progressive system of esoteric mysticism and education. In the second hour, we'll discuss the Masonic ritual of invoking disembodied entities. Frater X explains Egregore, a thought-form created by will and visualization by a collective group of people working together to carry a specific force. Then, he speaks about activating the mystical parts of ourselves that have been shut off. We'll move on to discuss where Freemasonry is heading. Frater X explains how knowledge is being intentionally twisted in order to suppress and dumb down the population. The hour ends on the exclusion of females in the lodges and restoring the balance of the sexes.

WORLDS MOST POWERFUL NUCLEAR MISSILE ever built Russian SS 18 Satan can carry 10 Nuclear Bombs

So Much for S.T.A.R.T

R-36M/SS-18 is the most powerful intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) ever built.

Russian designation - R-36M "Voevoda" ("Warlord")
Designation of NATO - SS-18 "Satan"

Missiles of the R-36M/SS-18 family have never been deployed with more than ten warheads. But given their large throw-weight (8.8 tonnes is the official START number), it is easy to see that they can be made to car More..ry much more than that. That was something that the United States worried quite a bit in the 1970s. And, as it turns out, rightly so.
Among the projects that the Soviet Union considered in the mid-1970s was that of a 15A17 missile a follow-on to the R-36MUTTH (15A18). The missile would have had even larger throw-weight 9.5 tonnes and would be able to carry quite a few warheads. Five different versions of the missile were considered. Three of these would carry regular warheads 38 (yes, its thirty eight!) with the yield of 250kt each, 24 500kt warheads, or 15 to 17 1Mt ones. Two modifications were supposed to carry guided warheads (upravlyaemaya golovnaya chast) 28x250kt or 19x500kt.

Mod 3 of the R-36M is capable of carrying one 25 megaton "city buster" warhead, Making it more than enough to destroy any big megalopolis or any hardened base such as NORAD.

Mod 4 - The R-36M Mod 4 carries at least 10 MIRVs (750Kt) and a lot of dummy warheads.

The R-36 (SS-9) is a two-stage rocket powered by a liquid bipropellant, with UDMH as fuel and nitrogen tetroxide as an oxidizer.

The missile has a maximum flight range of 11,000 kilometers (6,840 miles) and a launch weight of 211 metric tons.

CEP: 500 meters

Pre-launch preparation time: less than 3 minutes Less.
