FULL- Press Conference On Washington Navy Yard Shooting - 1 Gunman Dead, 2 Still At Large - 9/16/13
9/16/13 - Press Conference --- WASHINGTON D.C. - Navy Yard Shooting - DC police on lookout for two other "possible" suspects dressed in military-style uniforms. Navy Yard Shooting - At least 10 people were shot Monday morning when an unidentified person (some reports suggest "persons") opened fire inside a building at the Washington Navy Yard in southeastern Washington, D.C.
Local police are currently in the midst of an active pursuit of the shooter, who reportedly opened fire around 8:20 a.m. at the headquarters of the Naval Sea Systems Command. The shooter(s) reportedly used a long-arm rifle.
Reports indicate at least 3,000 people work in the building.

9/16/13 - A medical helicopter airlifted a victim from the U.S. Navy Yard, where at least one gunman opened fire at 8:20 Monday morning, killing a reported six people. Police have confirmed that one shooter has been killed. Reports of multiple gunman and multiple shooting sites are unconfirmed.
