Rand Paul: 'We're going to win' as shutdown reaches day four

The Government Shutdown stretched into day four on Friday, as over 800,000 federal workers are furloughed, and the rest may not receive their paychecks. The shutdown is costing the economy nearly $300 million each day, as well as preventing cancer patients from receiving treatments and food benefits for impoverished families are drying up. RT's Sam Sacks talks to Rep. Leonard Lance (R-N.J.) about the Republican stance on funding the government, and discusses recent candid remarks made by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky).
