Vitamins: A Multi-Billion Dollar Scam?
A series of recent medical studies conclude that vitamin supplements have no proven health benefits. An editorial in the Annals of Internal Medicine says most supplements are unnecessary, fail to prevent chronic disease and may even have negative health effects.
