Prophetic Signs of the End of the World: August 2013

Extreme weather events and earth changes including massive floods, massive earthquakes, sinkholes, cloud outbursts (massive rainfalls), record-breaking heat waves, hurricanes, cyclones and typhoons and massive deaths of animals were witnessed around the world in August 2013. In Luke 21:11, Christ says, And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven. In Luke 21:25, the Creator says, And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring.

In Romans 8:22, we read, For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.

More is yet to come including a new world order including a one world government and a one world religion that will see the Vatican and the US join forces to enforce Sunday observance, which will be the mark (Sunday) of the beast (Vatican). In Bible prophecy, a beast represents a nation (Daniel 7:23).

8/29/13 - "I think the administration is giving only one side of the story," Rep. Alan Grayson (D-FL) told CNN's The Lead guest host John Berman on Thursday. Grayson told Berman that he opposes intervention in Syria because U.N. inspectors have not definitively concluded that either a chemical attack took place in Syria or that such an attack was ordered by Bashar al-Assad's regime.

"I don't see how this tragedy -- and, yes, it's a tragedy -- affects U.S. national interests," Grayson said when asked to respond to the assertion from President Barack Obama that the Syrian crisis is a threat to American national security. "The greatest norm, the highest norm in international law, is that you don't attack another country unilaterally without the authorization of the United Nations."

"We can't simply go and bomb people whenever we feel like it," he continued.

"Is standing by and doing nothing really an option?" Berman asked.

"Well, frankly, you have overstated and the secretary certainly overstated the evidence that this was a deliberate decision made by the high command in Syria," Grayson replied. "Even if we had undeniable evidence, the fact is it's simply not our reasonability."

"Sometimes, everyone needs to learn to learn the principle, mind your own business," Grayson added.

"It's not even clear it was a chemical attack," he asserted. "If it was a chemical attack, then the residue left on the clothing of victims would have poisoned other people. That hasn't happened."

Grayson added that, if there was a chemical attack, there is no evidence that the Assad regime carried out that attack deliberately.

BBC. British MPs have voted to reject possible military action against the Assad regime in Syria to deter the use of chemical weapons.
A government motion was defeated 285 to 272, a majority of 13 votes.
Prime Minster David Cameron said it was clear Parliament does not want action and "the government will act accordingly".

It effectively rules out British involvement in any US-led strikes against the Assad regime.

And it comes as blow to the authority of David Cameron, who had already watered down a government motion proposing military action, in response to the opposition Labour Party's demands for more evidence of Assad's guilt.

Labour had seen its own amendment - calling for "compelling" evidence - rejected by MPs by 114 votes.

But - in an unexpected turn of events - MPs also rejected the government's motion in support of military action in Syria if it was supported by evidence from United Nations weapons inspectors, who are investigating claims President Bashar al-Assad's regime had used chemical weapons against civilians.

Director of two non-profits, Les Leopold returned to the show to explain how Wall Street's casino-style practices magnified the impact of the subprime mortgage crisis and profoundly damaged the U.S. economy. According to Leopold, banking firms, such as Goldman Sachs, wreaked havoc by selling incredibly complex investments known as synthetic collateralized debt obligations (CDOs). The banks packaged and repackaged the same risky debt bonds, which had no real underlying assets, into countless CDOs. Ultimately, this turned $300 billion of bad mortgages into several trillion dollars worth of losses to investors, he added.


One such investor, the School Board of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, lost roughly $200 million in this fantasy finance scheme. Large investment banks, on the other hand, were protected from substantial losses by AIG, which in turn was protected with taxpayer money, Leopold continued. The total cost (so far) to bailout Wall Street has reached $8 trillion, Leopold said, noting that this enormous amount benefits only a very small portion of the population. To avoid future financial crises, Leopold suggested breaking up 'too big to fail' banking firms, reducing the overall size of the financial sector through taxation, and imposing regulatory reform.

The permanent members of the United Nations Security Council have held talks on a British resolution that could allow military action in Syria, but the meeting ended with no sign of an imminent vote.
Ambassadors from Russia and China, who fiercely oppose any military strike against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad's regime, left the closed-door negotiations after about 75 minutes on , according to the AFP news agency.
The US, British and French envoys carried on their talks but left the Council chamber without making any comment. The three countries were said to be considering a military strike over the alleged use of chemical weapons.

"Britain presented a text and the Russians repeated the arguments already made by their foreign minister," said one diplomat.
"The Russians and Chinese said they would refer the text to their governments. The talks are not over but there is no new meeting planned yet."

Another mystery he touched on are the giant granite sarcophagi kept in lowered pits in Saqqara, south of Cairo, some dating back 5,000 years. Granite rocks would have to have come a fair distance to arrive at this location, and some of them weigh 60-70 tons, he noted. The sides of the sarcophagi are carved so precisely and smoothly, it's hard to fathom how they could have been done by hand, he added. "My bet is we're going to find that our human civilization is much, much older; that it has a much higher pedigree; that we had a very advanced knowledge in very ancient times...like 15,000 or 20,000 years ago or more...and we're going to find we have a mysterious origin," he remarked.

Bauval spoke about the history and heritage of modern Egypt, as well, and what factors are contributing to its current strife. Zahi Hawass, Egypt's former Minister of Antiquities, has been back in the news, on a lecture tour in Canada, he reported. Bauval also commented on the recent mystery of the Egyptian statue that seems to move on its own, hypothesizing that if the fluorescent light is old in the case the statue is displayed in, it might create vibrations that could cause the movements.

Robert Bauval was born in Egypt in 1948. In 1989 he published a study which proposed that the layout of the three Giza Pyramids and their relative position to the Nile was intended to mirror the layout of the three stars in Orion's belt and their relative position to the Milky Way. This thesis, now known as the 'Orion Correlation Theory', became the subject of his first book, The Orion Mystery. The success of ancient Egyptian civilization came partly from its ability to adapt to the conditions of the Nile River Valley. The predictable flooding and controlled irrigation of the fertile valley produced surplus crops, which fueled social development and culture. With resources to spare, the administration sponsored mineral exploitation of the valley and surrounding desert regions, the early development of an independent writing system, the organization of collective construction and agricultural projects, trade with surrounding regions, and a military intended to defeat foreign enemies and assert Egyptian dominance. What is Sarin and Why is it Banned?

There's been a lot of talk about sarin on the news recently, and how the Syrian government has been using this banned chemical weapon against anti-government forces and civilians.
So, what exactly is sarin? What happens when someone comes into contact with it, and why has the international community banned it?

Well, sarin is a man-made nerve gas. The Germans developed it in the 1938, originally as a pesticide. Now, it's a type of chemical weapon, and its hundreds of times more toxic than cyanide. In the military world, it's codenamed GB.One of the most infamous uses of sarin gas was back in 1995, when someone released it in the Tokyo subway system. 13 people died, and thousands more were injured.

The way sarin works is that it attacks your nerve cells and how they communicate with one another. This basically means you lose neurologic control, and this can cause seizures, loss of vision, change in blood pressure and in serious cases it can even cause death from suffocation. As you can imagine, it's a very painful way to die.

And the worst part is that, as a liquid, sarin is odorless, colorless and tasteless, so until you start to feel the effects, you won't even know what hit you. As a gas it is also undetectable and it doesn't need much for it to be deadly.

The good thing is that there is an antidote, but only if you haven't been exposed to too much, and you get the treatment in time.
In 1993, the United Nations Chemical Weapons Convention banned sarin as a "weapon of mass destruction". All except five countries in the world have signed that convention, and yes, Syria is one of the countries.

Now the Syrian government is denying they've used it, but there has been mounting evidence, including personal accounts by those attacked, that suggests sarin or a nerve gas like it, has been used.
That's why the international community is thinking of military intervention and Western powers, including the US, are thinking about taking military action against Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad.

He outlined a number of current mind control and surveillance techniques, like the "radar flashlight" which "checks electromagnetic activity of speech control in the vocal chords," as a kind of intensive data mining. There's also "keyhole satellites" that can beam "emotion signature clusters" at people to change their psychological state.
In the the 1980s and 90s, the CIA and its MK Ultra program developed a program to make people think they were having an alien abduction, and inserted implants in them to control them, Bell reported. But now, nanotechnology has enabled them to create implants the size of a grain of salt, and some of them have been placed in flu vaccines,

Glenn Beck: 'We Don't Survive' If We Go Into Syria - 8/27/13

8/27/13 - The country is becoming increasingly wary about the United States getting involved in any way with the current atrocities going on in Syria. Today Glenn Beck took a decidedly grim view of what would happen if the United States intervened: "we won't survive." Beck agreed in principle with Sean Hannity's comments that intervention could very well lead the United States into World War III, since Russia, Iran, and China are warning against intervention, and we'd end up going against all of them.

Beck said he's not an anti-war protestor, but declared that "we need anti-war rallies" to push back against this, and people need to just ignore politicians like John McCain and President Obama dismissing opposition to intervention as coming from "extremists."

Beck reminded the audience Obama's anti-war stance was one of the major things that secured his election, and pointed out that he was highly critical of Bush for similar tactics. He instructed listeners to find common ground with liberals on this issue and stand united against intervention.

He concluded, "Don't screw around with this. This is WWIII in the making."

Rush Limbaugh : Media Trying to 'Protect' Obama From His Own 'Red Line' in Syria

8/27/13 - Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh criticized the political press for engaging in what he called an effort to "water down" what President Barack Obama meant when he said that chemical weapons use in Syria represented a "red line" for the United States. The host cited news outlets which are interpreting Obama's "red line" to mean something less consequential than a military response.

"A red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized," Obama said in the summer of 2012.

"Now, the grey area there is translating what 'a whole bunch' means," Limbaugh said. "And that's where they're going to play games here."

Limbaugh cited some media reports which provided the government with a more ambiguous reading of Obama's "red line." He identified ABC News as one outlet which was actively trying "to get Obama out of this jam" by liberally interpreting what Obama's "red line" meant.

"So, even when Obama says he's being very clear, he's being too nuanced for us mere mortals," Limbaugh observed.

"Now, how can we be sure that Obama isn't trying to get us into yet another war?" the host asked. "Remember, Obama needs to distract people from his domestic agenda falling apart — well, falling apart from our perspective. From his perspective, it's right on schedule."

But he still needs people distracted from it. People don't like what's happening. They don't yet associate Obama with it. You know that drill. But even, so Obama doesn't want to run the risk that at some point people are going to associate what's happening with him, so just keep people distracted. It's exactly what he accused Bush of doing.

This is How Sean Hannity Thinks World War III Will Start

8/27/13 - With the beating of war drums growing louder as the United States weighs intervention in the Syrian civil war, some are beginning to consider how intervention would impact America's relationship with other nations which have an interest in preserving the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria. On Tuesday, conservative radio host and Fox News Channel host Sean Hannity warned his audience that he could see the contours of a third world war that could triggered by U.S. intervention in Syria.

"If you read about World War I and you read about World War II," Hannity began, "We're going to look back through the prism of history and we're going to define this era as the rise of the radical Islamists."

"And you're seeing the formation now of what could very potentially be the next world war," Hannity warned, "because it's not just the Middle East that is radicalized."

Hannity said that Israel will eventually face a moment in which it may have to mount another multi-front war, given the radicalization of its neighbors' governments. "At some point, Israel is going to come under fire and good countries are going to have to come to its defense," Hannity said. "But it's going to be against radical Islam in all of its forms."

"You can almost see this precipitating it, if in fact the U.S. strikes," Hannity continued, "and Iran gets involved and Syria gets involved, and you're going to see countries very quickly go down the middle and start taking sides. It has the potential to powder keg."
