What they are trying to say is they about to bomb schools and baby formula factories the mian infrastructure pretty much and when its over they will fork out a couple trillion to rebuild. Then they will add all the contractor jobs to the job creation stats.... Non productive jobs that do nothing for the US except suck money out of it.
