ReplyDeleteHe danced around the question of whether or not the UN would include in its investigation the question of who were the perpetrators. I think the leaders of other countries concerned with the gas attack do not believe the answer to this will be in the report. It is therefore not expected that the UN work will add anything worthwhile to the decision making process. Of course, those countries- Russia and China- who want to deter a punishing strike against Syria will use the UN three week process as an excuse.
