Donald Trump - Obama Birth Certificate - The Greatest Scam in the history of Politics
Donald Trump : I am not convinced that he has one , I have had very smart people telling me Donald stay in the China issue stay in the Saudi Arabia issue stay in the India taking our jobs and the Mexico which is NAFTA which is get off the birth certificate issue , three weeks ago when I started I thought that he was probably born in this country and now I really have a much bigger doubt than I did before , his grand mother in Kenya says he was born in Kenya and she was there and witnessed the birth , he does not have a birth certificate or he has not shown it he has what's called a certificate of life birth that is something that is easy to get , when you want a birth certificate very much harder to get ....it is not equivalent , a birth certificate is not even close a certificate of life birth is not even signed by anybody , I saw his I read it very carefully it does not have a serial number it does not have a signature , I am starting to think that he was not born here .....he spent 2 million dollars trying to get away from this issue and if he wasn't lying why would not he just solve it and I wish he would , because if he does not it is one of the greatest scams in the history of politics and in History period...you are not allowed to be president if you are not born in this country , he may not have been born in this country and I tell you what three weeks ago I thought he was born in this country right now I have some serious doubts , I have people that have been studying it and they cannot believe what they have been finding , I would like to have him show his birth certificate and can I be honest with you , I hope he can because if he can't and if he wasn't born in this country which is a real possibility I am not saying it happened I am saying it is a real possibility much greater than I thought two or three weeks ago then he has pulled one of the greatest cons in the history of Politics ..."

You can to be born outside the country and be President. For example, a Single American Woman ,who was impregnated by Martians on a UFO, is on a Trans Atlantic Flight on a Japanese Airline from England to New York and has her baby in international airspace closer to England than the US her child is not a japanese subject, nor a Martian(although they may claim him), nor English. The Child is a natural born( parent a citizen) and can be President. The problem with this issue uis that what constitutes natural born was never defined conclusively by the founders,and has had its legal requirements chnaged by the courts and Congress several times. there is argument among legal scholars over which is the dominant requirement, a) in 1771 b) when you were born or C) what is the law now.
ReplyDeleteAs for dual citizens at birth, they make the choice at eighteen when they vote. If you vote in another countries election then you lose your citizenship. Why this has never happened to the dual US?israli citizens in the Bush/Obama camps is the more important issue.
Obama's Kenyan grandmother NEVER said that he was born in Kenya. She said repeatedly in the taped interview that he was born in Hawaii, and she said in another interview that the first that her family in Kenya had heard of Obama's birth was in a letter from Hawaii.
ReplyDeleteSensible people know that IF Obama were born in Kenya or any other country than the USA, his parents would have had to have applied for a US visa or for a change to his mother’s passport to get him into the USA.
Yet they gloss over the fact that no such document has been found. Surely, with all the allegations of birth in Kenya, it would have been looked for by the US State Department while the Republicans were in charge of it, or by the CIA, or both—but no document has been found.
Also, there were notices of Obama's birth in the Hawaii newspapers. And these were not ads, because the Hawaii newspapers did not take birth notice ads in 1961. They only took their notices from the Hawaii government, which only issued them for births IN Hawaii, and which insisted on proof whenever there was a claim that a child was born outside of a hospital.

Obama has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, and it has repeatedly been confirmed by three officials in Hawaii (who happen to all be Republicans):

Notice where it says that there is an original birth certificate filed. Well, in 1961 foreign birth certificates, even those from other states, could not be filed in Hawaii. So the birth certificate in Obama’s files must be a Hawaii birth certificate.

Notice where it says that the document in the files VERIFIES that Obama was born in Hawaii. So, not only is there an official Hawaiian birth certificate in the files, but it says right on it that Obama was born in Hawaii. Hawaii has never allowed the Department of Health to issue a birth document of any kind that says on it that anyone was born in Hawaii unless there was proof that the child was born in Hawaii, and that is what the officials in Hawaii have confirmed twice.

laura, you are not convincing anyone by saying that I am out of date. The facts are still the facts. And the facts are that Obama has shown the official birth certificate of Hawaii, that it was confirmed three times by three separate Republican officials in Hawaii (including the former Republican governor, Linda Lingle), and that there were notices in the Hawaii newspapers.

If I am wrong, he still does not qualify, because of his father.
And I also believe that the real birth certificate would show Obama to have been born an Arab Muslim. --I am sure that he would not want the average American to see this, if it is so.
Obama's father and grandfather were Arab Muslims. It would have been very out of character for an Arab Muslim to allow his son to have anything other than "Arab Muslim" listed on a birth certificate for the race and religion of a child.

Answer: Obama has already shown his real birth certificate, the Certification of Live Birth, and three officials in Hawaii (all happening to be Republicans) have confirmed the facts on it that he was born in Hawaii.
The description of race on the original birth certificate is exactly the same as on the published official birth certificate because, duh, the facts were copied by the clerk from the original onto the form that generated the official birth certificate. And that is the only birth certificate that Hawaii sends out--to anyone, even to people born before it became the official birth certificate.

Answer: You are wrong on that TOO. The reason that Obama's election was confirmed UNANIMOUSLY by the US Congress is that not one in the 535 members believes that the citizenship of Obama's father has any effect on Natural Born Citizen status.
