Brigadier General Mark Kimmitt talks to Al Jazeera on the alleged use of chemical weapons in Syria. He is a former Deputy Director of Plans and Strategy at US Central Command.He says that while Syria's government may have the missile know-how, the chemical bombs could have been made by either side.
