This is a very good example of what happens when the most qualified and competent people, as a result of affirmation action, are not in positions of responsibility. The logical outcome of affirmative action is equal results, which in and of itself is a mockery of the concept and practice of equal opportunity. Equal opportunity by its very nature means there are going to be winners and losers. Self-esteem has very little do with it and is a minor consideration, if any. If these practices continue unabated, it is just a matter of time before bridges start to fall down, airplanes crash, people die on operating tables, among many other things. The future for America is very dark.,

ReplyDeleteI love Affirmative Action. Too bad Us Young Blacks won't get to ride the Affirmative Action Gravy Train our parents enjoyed, because the White Conservative Sound Bite Monkeys have pushed the powers that be to curtail and even eradicate Affirmative Action in many Places.
ReplyDeleteLike it or not, but people in a fallen Satanic world are tribal= they like to be around those who are like them. That means, despite the fact that a Black Man may be the most qualified Applicant for a Job (and in many cases Blacks are overqualified for jobs compared to their White Counterparts doing the same job), the White hiring Manager is going to hire the White Guys/Chicks just like him/her. Or, the White Loan officer at a bank or other financial institution will give a White Guy a chance at a Business Loan, over a Black Guy.
This is why Affirmative Action is only Needed in this world, but needs to be LIBERALLY expanded= to keep Tribal Mentality in Check.
