The Daily Beast held its annual Hero Summit bringing together military
leaders, politicians, and journalists to discuss challenges confronting
the US military in a rapidly changing world. Those in attendance
included Senator John McCain, former Congresswoman Jane Harmon, and
former NSA Chief Michael Hayden. But while the conference celebrated
heroes in the US military, a question persists: Has 12 years of a war on
terrorism created more problems around the world than it's solved? RT's
