to Christians, but to all the people of the earth. Come out of it or
perish in it. It is a choice everyone must make, and it is a choice that
will determine your eternal destiny... or perhaps indicate what you
have chosen. (Either way, the results are the same)
I'm sorry, but I CANNOT watch any more! Pope JPII was a Saint, regardless of what ANYONE might say! Are there problems in the church now, of course, but when this person, who knows NOTHING of the True Faith, lumps ALL Roman Catholics together, that's when I TUNE OUT! Oh, and 'Babylon' is NOT the Catholic Church, it's the UNITED STATES! Jesus to Saint Peter-"You are MY Rock, and upon MY rock, I will build MY CHURCH!" Interesting, huh?
ReplyDeleteNo, you are not using the reference correctly. Matt.16:18 ''And I say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock Will build my Church'. What was he referring to? V16 - Peter's confession. It was upon this thinking, this belief embodied in this man's confession, that Christ's church was built. Apostolic succession is the false claim of Catholicism, for how else could they justify all of their adaptions and modifications to NT Christian teachings and practices.
DeleteDon't think I am singling out the Catholics, for she is called 'The mother of harlots and of the abomination of the earth' Rev.17:5. That lumps most of Protestant daughters into he camp, as they mostly keep all he teachings.

13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.+ 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself keeps disguising himself as an angel of light.+ 15 It is therefore nothing extraordinary if his ministers also keep disguising themselves as ministers of righteousness. But their end will be according to their works.
It really is nothing for Satan to use so called "holy" ones to do "his" bidding. Just remember that until Jehovah steps in cleanse the earth (Joel 3:15-17) Satan is the current ruler of this world.
