Down The Rabbit Hole with Popeye (09-24-2013) Colorado Floods, Zero Tolerance Is BS, Obamacare & More

On this edition of DTRH Popeye welcomes back guest co-host, and friend Steve Stars. The two of them get into the devastating floods in Colorado; A case of insane overreach on the part of a school system. They suspended a couple of kids from school until January for the horrible crime of playing with airsoft toy guns in their own yard. Zero tolerance stupidity at it's best; Obamacare and some of it's ramifications; And on a positive note Popeye plays audio of a good Sheriff's Deputy who has a really positive interaction with a bunch of open carry protesters. The encounter serves as an example of how other law enforcement officers should conduct themselves.
