Front month crude prices were on the downside this session as investors believed crude's recent rally was overdone.

Optics company Zygo Corporation (ZIGO) announced it received an unsolicited proposal from II-VI (IIVI) to acquire all outstanding Zygo shares for 10 dollars each in cash. Zygo said its Board will evaluate the offer.
