Any law that would confiscate guns from law-abiding citizens would be unconstitutional being an 'ex post facto' law. Even if a type of gun is made illegal to own, anyone who legally got that gun before the new law

was in place would have the right to keep it. Gun confiscation in that instance would be akin to reinstating prohibition and then taking away all alcohol that was legally purchased. In other words, an 'ex post facto' law is one that makes instant criminals of citizens.

I love how Obama and all the rest of the warmongrels keep on telling everyone how we "need this war to.... but we never see reports of their kids, their spouses or any of their families being on the front line or anywhere near danger. I say for everyone of them that wants this they have to send one of their own kids to fight in the war in harms way 24/7 and then tell us it was a "necessary war".
